Five years... and it still feels like yesterday
For Kasia, her time at Dujob has flown by, a sign that she still enjoys every day. “There’s always something happening here; it’s never boring, and you never stand still,” she says with a smile. When Kasia started five years ago, the world of recruitment was completely new to her. But she immediately felt at home. “From day one, I was given the space to be myself, but also to grow. That’s what makes Dujob so special: you’re encouraged to develop, but you don’t have to change who you are.”
Lessons and growth
Over the years, Kasia has learned a lot and gained confidence in her role. She’s learned to act with trust, to work together with people of different characters and cultures, and—above all—to stay true to herself. “Everyone is different — some are quiet, others more energetic — but everyone gets attention. People really listen, and that makes you feel seen.”
At Dujob, Kasia works with colleagues from different countries, including the Netherlands and Poland. That often leads to fun language moments. “Sometimes it’s ‘czy wszystko jasne?’ and other times ‘do you get it now?’ But in the end, we always understand each other, even if it’s with an accent and a smile.”
After five years, Kasia looks back with pride at everything she has achieved and forward to everything still ahead. “These five years have shaped me. I’ve learned so much, made great memories, and I know there’s still so much more to come.”
