An intake interview is essentially an introduction. The purpose is to get to know you, your wishes, and your needs regarding a new job. What are your strengths? Where do you see yourself in the future? And what work experience have you gained so far?
At Dujob, we value a personal approach. We don’t just get to know you – we also introduce ourselves, so you know what to expect from us. We prefer to invite you to our office for a coffee, but if that’s not possible, we can also arrange a phone interview. An intake interview usually takes about 30 minutes, and you’re welcome to ask any questions you may have.
During this conversation, we’ll go through your CV, work experience, and personal profile. The more we learn about you, the better we can find a job that truly fits.
The main difference between an intake interview and a job interview is this: during the intake, we first discuss what you want. Based on that, we start searching for the right employer. Once we find the right match, you’ll be invited for a formal job interview.
To help us get started right after the intake, we’ll need some documents from you:
A valid ID card or passport
Your CV (don’t worry if you don’t have one yet – we’ll help you create it)
Bank details
Health insurance card
A valid driver’s license
References
Certificates or diplomas
Bring all the required documents
Think about which roles in metalwork, technology, logistics, or industry suit you best
Be clear about your wishes and expectations
After the conversation, we’ll get to work for you. If you don’t have a CV yet, we’ll create one together. Then we’ll look for a job and employer that fit your profile. If the opportunity excites you, we’ll present you to the employer. If they are just as enthusiastic, you’ll be invited for a job interview.
Stay in touch with your Dujob contact person after the intake. Feel free to call to ask about progress or simply to update us on how things are going. We are here to support you throughout the entire recruitment process!
