Temporary staffing: get started quickly and stay flexible
Bij uitzenden ben je in dienst bij Dujob, maar ga je werken bij één van onze opdrachtgevers (een bedrijf). Wij zijn jouw werkgever en regelen alles rondom je salaris, contract en administratie. Je werkt voor een bepaalde periode of voor een specifiek project bij een bedrijf. Dit kan variëren van een paar weken tot een aantal maanden. Dit betekent voor jou:

Flexpool: choose when you work
As part of Dujob’s flexpool, you choose when you work. We have shifts available at different companies that you can take on. That means you decide which shifts you want to work, and we arrange the rest.
It’s ideal if you’re still exploring your options, want to work extra hours, or if you’re looking for a part-time job.
This means the following for you:
- Work when you want: you choose your shifts yourself.
- Earn extra: because you choose when you work, you can take on additional shifts and earn more.
- Varied work: you have the opportunity to work at different places on the shop floor or at different companies. This way, you quickly gain lots of experience!
Recruitment and selection: we’ll look for the right job for you
With recruitment and selection, we’ll look for a role that really fits you. You share your wishes with us, and we’ll search for the right workplace and employer for you.
If it’s a match on both sides, you’ll start directly with your new employer.
This means the following for you:
- You’re not stuck with an intermediary: we only help you during the process toward your new employer.
- It’s all about the match: we want you not only to be able to start right away, but also to feel at home long-term.
