Apply now for this job and discover what opportunities await you!As a Welder in Lelystad, you are responsible for the precise preparation, execution, and completion of welding tasks. You begin by checking the availability and suitability of materials, production resources, and tools. During the welding process, you strictly adhere to quality requirements, monitor the progress of your work, and read drawings and work instructions carefully.
You perform the welding tasks according to these instructions, always following company, maintenance, and safety regulations. In addition to welding, you move materials and products and ensure a tidy, safe workspace. You also oversee the inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available on time. This versatile role offers a structured work environment with room for craftsmanship and a keen eye for quality.
What you will do:
- Check if the required materials, specifications, and production resources are available and correctly set up.
- Gather the necessary tools and materials for the tasks.
- Perform tasks according to technical drawings and work instructions, adhering to quality standards.
- Monitor the progress of production and comply with company, maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Move materials within the workshop, including correctly and safely transporting parts and raw materials to the proper location.
- Maintain a safe and tidy workspace and manage inventory.

We offer
- Salary between €2700 and €3100 gross per month
- Full-time employment contract of 40 hours per week in accordance with the CAO Metalektro
- Working hours from 07:45 - 16:35
- 27 vacation days per year

We ask
- Possesses work and thinking level at level 4 EQF.
- Experience in reading and interpreting welding diagrams, technical drawings, and work instructions.

- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
