As an assembly worker, you are responsible for assembling and mounting various constructions and machine parts. You work based on technical drawings to build the construction. Depending on your experience, you will start as an assembly worker with simple tasks such as:
- Measuring, sanding, and sawing
- (Dis)assembling and working from a drawing
- Attaching parts
- Finishing materials

About the company
You will work as an assembly worker at an innovative organization experienced in developing various machine constructions, including for road and waterworks. These products and machines are used both in the Netherlands and internationally and are entirely produced in a modern factory in the Noordoostpolder! You will work within a close-knit team, located in Emmeloord.

We offer
- A salary between €2,500 and €3,300 gross per month based on a full-time workweek
- A full-time job with a 40-hour workweek at a growing company
- Coverage under the CAO with an ADV allowance of over 4% gross on top of your hourly wage
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer
- Good guidance; you will be trained by experienced colleagues and can advance, potentially to an operator or welder role
We ask
- Completed vocational education (vmbo)
- A valid driving license (Category B)
- Interest in metalworking, construction, or engineering
- Enjoy delving into and building constructions
- Able to communicate with both Dutch and English-speaking colleagues
- Willing to develop and learn
