We offer you a fulltime job in dayshifts with the possibility of a permanent contract.As a production worker, you will prepare concrete molds by cleaning and oiling them to prevent the concrete from sticking. Together with your colleagues, after preparing the molds, you will place the reinforcing steel before pouring the concrete. Even though you produce the same product every day, you will perform different tasks based on technical plans, making your work varied and interesting.
During the introductory period, you will start with basic tasks as a production worker. Afterward, you can develop into an operator of the concrete pouring or finishing machines. You will have the opportunity to participate in courses to expand your knowledge of concrete and learn to read technical drawings, which are essential for the job.
About the company
Our client specializes in the installation of screw piles with grout and operates in Lemmer, Kampen, Emmeloord, and Lelystad. They are active nationwide in residential construction, non-residential construction, and various construction projects.

We offer
- A salary ranging from €14.27 to €14.92 gross per hour;
- 40 working hours per week;
- Participation in courses;
- Working hours between 07:00 and 16:00 (Monday to Friday);
- The possibility of a permanent contract;
- Holiday allowance of 8%;
- 25 vacation days plus ADV allowance of 5%;
- Reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer;
- A place in a super cool team.
We ask
- Availability of 32-40 hours per week in a day-shift system (Monday to Friday);
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred);
- Ability to work in a team;
- Agility and good physical condition;
- MBO level of work and thinking, obtained through education or work experience;
- Knowledge of Dutch or English;
- Own accommodation;
- A driver's license and own transport to the work location.
