Let's get to meet each other!As an process operator you're responsible for ensuring that the production process runs as efficiently as possible. Of course you do this in a team. You will insure that the machines are set up correctly and you will operate them. As an process operator you also ensure that the production runs smoothly and that procedures and instructions are followed. You will also use your knowledge to see where the improvements are, and you will adjust the processes where necessary. At the end you perform quality checks. This function is suitable for both novice process operator and experienced process operator.
About the company
As an process operator you will work at the one of the largest carpet manufactures in Europe with an annual production of more than 130 million m² of textile floor covering. They have been in existence since 1992 and are an active producer of floor covering solutions for multiple purposes. Think of home and office upholstery and even the upholstery of sport fields. During the production process, the production techniques tufting and non woven are the basic.
The production locations are located in Genemuiden and Hasselt.

We offer
You will work as an process operator with a long term contact.
- A full-time job with a 38-hours working week;
- Salary between €2700,- and €3200,- per month, based on age and experience;
- An annual bonus on top of your salary!;

- At least a high school diploma;
- You need a B driving license;
- You want to work in shifts (3 or 4 shift);
- available on Saturdays if needed.
