Read our job offer!As a Machine operator you are responsible for the functioning of the machines. You will work on the following tasks:
- You identify problems and try to solve them on time to be able to continue the production of your machine!
- One of your other main tasks is: changing and setting up machines to produce other kind products.
- You will get the support of other operators, the colleagues from maintenance and there is a training program for junior operators. So you’re certainly not alone on the job.
- Supervising production employees is also part of your work. Better than anyone, you know how to make the best use of the qualities of these colleagues on your production line.
- You apply the safety and hygiene rules and keep you workplace clean.
At the end of the shift, you report the state of affairs to your successive colleague operator and made another production day great!
