Your tasks are varied, with half of your time spent on production, 20% on quality control, 20% on maintenance tasks, and the remaining portion dedicated to cleaning the machines. Through your attention to detail and dedication, you contribute to an efficient and smooth production process, with a focus on both quality and hygiene.

We offer
- A salary according to the Dairy Industry Collective Agreement (CAO), with growth opportunities in salary scales 3 to 5.
- A shift allowance of 25.7% for working in a 5-shift schedule, in addition to your gross salary, also during vacation and sickness.
- A work schedule where you work 2 mornings, 2 afternoons, and 2 nights, followed by 4 days off!

We ask
- MBO 3 level of education, preferably in a technical field.
- Technical insight and an affinity for operating machines.
- Experience or education in machine operation or food technology is a plus.
