You play a crucial role in our international team and contribute to the production of high-quality products.
In this role, you are responsible for assembling and constructing various products, ranging from air handling units and installations to frames and wood constructions. Your daily tasks include cutting, measuring, sawing, drilling, assembling, and preparing products for the next production department. Due to the variety of tasks and the different types of constructions you work with, no day is the same!
Your Responsibilities:
- You perform assembly and construction tasks for a wide range of products and structures. This involves working with advanced tools and machines, and applying innovative techniques.
- You process products by cutting, measuring, sawing, drilling, and assembling. You ensure that each part fits and functions perfectly within the larger structure.
- You monitor the quality of the products and ensure they meet the specified standards and specifications. You are responsible for conducting visual inspections and testing products to ensure the highest quality standards.
- You think about possible improvements within the production process and work with your team to increase efficiency. You analyze production data and propose improvements to reduce lead times and minimize waste.
- You work according to the applicable safety regulations and ensure a neat and organized workplace. You participate in safety training and contribute to promoting a culture of safety within the company.

We offer
- An attractive salary of €2,400 to €2,600 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- A full-time position in a 40-hour workweek, with the possibility of overtime.
- 25 vacation days based on a full-time workweek, with the possibility to accumulate extra leave days.
- Opportunity to work in day shifts or a 2-shift system with a premium starting at 11%. Flexible working hours can be arranged in consultation.
- A travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer.

- You have your own transportation to work. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work overtime if necessary is appreciated.
