About the company
This client is a leading company specializing in the production of chicken products, with six locations across the Netherlands and Poland. The slaughterhouses are located in Putten, Kornhorn, and Kotowo. Additionally, the locations in Nijkerk, Zeewolde, Barneveld, Kotowo, and Komorniki ensure that the meat is further processed into fresh, frozen, and pre-cooked products. Every week, they process about 4 million broiler chickens into a variety of chicken products, with the Barneveld site also preparing products for large restaurant chains and supermarkets. The company operates under the Poultry Processing Industry Collective Labor Agreement (CAO Pluimveeverwerkende Industrie).

We offer
- Salary from €2300 to €2700 based on a full-time contract and a minimum age of 21, excluding shift allowances.
- Shifts and allowances: Work is done in 2 shifts (06:00 - 15:00 and 14:00 - 23:00), with a 30% shift allowance for work before 5:00 and after 21:00 hour.
- Overtime: The first 2 hours of overtime come with a 25% allowance; all additional hours have a 50% allowance. For more than 2 hours of overtime, you receive a meal allowance, and free hot soup is always provided.
- Saturday work from 6:15 to 15:00 includes a 150% allowance.
- Mileage allowance: based on commuting distance, ranging from no allowance to €8.50 per day.
- Extras: Year-end bonus of 2.15% of your annual salary after more than 2 months of continuous employment, 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, and the potential for a permanent contract.
